Description

CPD-3600

CPD3600 is a 2-channel amplifier from our CPD Series, engineered for touring, rental and installation environments where dependable power and long-term reliability are essential.

Delivering 870 W per channel at 8 Ω, 1300 W at 4 Ω and up to 2590 W bridged at 8 Ω, it uses Class H topology to achieve high efficiency and clean, stable performance. A heavy-duty toroidal transformer provides consistent power delivery even under fluctuating AC conditions, while built-in protection circuitry defends against thermal, overcurrent, DC and short-circuit faults.

Designed for long-term professional use, the CPD3600 includes a removable front grille for quick cleaning of air filters, ensuring reliable airflow and cooling. With Stereo, Parallel and Bridge modes, a switchable limiter, variable-speed fans and rugged construction, it’s a powerful, road-ready amplifier built for demanding applications.

Technology
The CPD3600 operates in stereo, parallel, and bridged modes and is designed for a wide variety of sound system configurations. The brand-new Class H topology has resulted in a dynamic amplifier with high headroom, allowing you to drive your speakers with absolute clarity through thick and thin.

Precision Control
Large rotary controls precisely adjust the gain levels, and the clear and simple front panel lets you know when adjustments are needed. A 4-segment LED display shows the status, level, limiting, and protection of vital information, keeping the sound engineer informed.

Protection & Durability
The CPD3600 is equipped with numerous features that provide comprehensive protection for your safety. A built-in switchable limiter allows for distortion-free signal pass-through above 8 Vrms. Additionally, it is equipped with thermal, overcurrent, DC, and output short circuit protection features. Professional audio equipment is an investment. That's why the amplifier's components are housed in a 2U steel chassis that can be universally rack-mounted. This robust all-steel chassis also features a removable air filter in the front panel, which can be easily cleaned or replaced. Easy Cleaning
Amplifiers often operate in hot and dusty environments. Over time, the fans of an amplifier can easily draw in dust and debris.
Dirty fans impair efficiency and can lead to overheating.
For this reason, we designed the CPD series to be easy to clean. Simply unscrew the front grille, blow out the air filters, place them back on the front grille, screw it back on, and you're done.
This simple maintenance means that a CPD amplifier can survive in the harshest working environments.
