Delivery and Shipping
Shipment takes place within 1–5 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated for the product. Please note that for orders paid in advance, delivery will only take place after the full amount has been credited to our account, unless otherwise agreed. Items are reserved for a maximum period of up to one week in the case of payment in advance.

The delivery time will be extended appropriately in the event of strikes, lockouts, and other circumstances beyond our control, particularly in cases of force majeure. The start and end of such impediments will be communicated to the buyer without delay.

For deliveries outside Germany, additional costs may arise upon import into a third country (customs duties, possible customs fees, and import VAT). These additional costs are to be borne by the customer.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge (from a minimum order value of 350.00 EUR), unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right, in cases where we ourselves are not supplied, to withdraw from the contract if we are not responsible for such non-supply. In this case, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability, and any advance payment already made – regardless of the payment method chosen – will be refunded immediately.


Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT (EU-VAT) and, where applicable, plus shipping costs.

The payment is made by bank transfer or via the payment methods offered in the online shop, as below. Unless otherwise agreed, the purchase price is due within 7 days of the order date for consumers. If payment is not received within 7 days, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract.

Different payment terms may be agreed individually with business customers.

We want you to be able to pay with us as conveniently as possible and at the same time as securely as possible. The following payment methods meet these conditions, although we retain the right to change them accordingly without prior notice. Here is some useful information ...


Bank Transfer / Payment in Advance
If you pay by Bank Transfer / Payment in Advance, you have no risk: if you pay by bank transfer in advance, you carry no payment risk. Additionally, you receive a 3% Discount on the order's total.

As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an email with all payment information. At the same time, you receive our bank details with our Order Confirmation e-mail, directly after your order. You transfer the amount conveniently via online banking or any other conventional transfer form.


Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit card (MasterCard, AMEX, and Visa)
The charge is processed immediately after the order is placed.


PayPal
With PayPal, the payment is already booked when the order is placed. In all cases this is not a problem, as we normally dispatch the ordered items within the delivery time specified by PayPal. Should this not be possible due to unexpected delays, we will contact you accordingly and, if you wish, refund your payment. If you want to avoid this from the outset, we recommend choosing a different payment method.

With PayPal, however, you have the option of using partial payments or credit cards, so it is up to you to choose the appropriate payment method.


Cash Payment
You can of course also pick up your order directly from us. You can then choose to pay in cash.

NOTE: To be able to choose 'Cash' payment for online Orders, you have to choose 'Self Pickup' as shipping method during Checkout.


Payment on Invoice
For our existing customers with multiple orders, we offer the option to pay on Invoice.
With 'Purchase upon Invoice' you have 14 days after the goods have been dispatched to easily and conveniently pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer.

Payment upon invoice can only be used by customers within Germany.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer various payment options.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
