  Everyone knows that Earth is flat, and everyone also knows that cables have no influence on sound reproduction. Nevertheless, as soon as the beautiful Parsec Cardas arrived, which were delivered super-fast by High-End Studios, I rushed to plug them into my system. First surprise: how can a cable with that diameter be so flexible? and the generously thick spade terminals ensure good conduction of high currents; the Cardas bananas on the speaker side fit very effectively into the speaker terminals, granting good contact even in the event of spurious vibrations. After a few days of burn-in, I noticed that the music was much more intimate, as if the instruments were really there, and at the same time the stage was wide and well defined, with a clear distribution of the musicians in the space in front of me. The reproduction became much more musical, my feet hitting the floor, and the highs of the violins in classical music pieces stopped scratching my ear. Well, the cables have no influence, all this is pure coincidence.
