Bis die Ware bei mir angekommen ist, hat für meinen Geschmack sehr lange gedauert. Diese stand sehr lange bei UPS "herum", mit z.B. DHL wäre das Paket am nächsten Tag dagewesen. Eine Versendung mit UPS kann ich daher NICHT empfehlen!

Great painless experience overall. Great and promptly responsive customer service. Love the updating emails and shipping tracking. The website needs some tweaking to be more user friendly but that doesn't change my high regards to the experience

Soweit alles Okay.
Bei der Bestellung im Online Shop ist bei den Kabeln keine Farbauswahl möglich. Es wäre schön wenn die verfügbaren Farben im Shop enthalten wären.
Hatte es jetzt dazu geschrieben, was leider nicht ganz so gut geklappt hat.

I’m very happy with the transaction. Everything went very smoothly considering the situation between our countries with tariffs……
High end Studios did everything they could to make this was an easy transaction, and for the most part it was I received my parcel quickly after it was shipped and they were in constant contact, letting me know all about the logistics. I will not hesitate to purchase from Highend Studios again the next time I need to buy a piece of equipment. Look forward to doing business with them again.

Kupoval som s tým, že podporím EU výrobcov aj za mierne výšiu cenu. Kvalita zvuku je podľa mňa na úrovni 80% referencie. Zvuk sa dá výrazne vylepšiť použitím vhodných antivibračných podložiek. Odskúšal som aj použitie lineárneho napájacieho zdroja, čo zvuku pomohlo. Taktiež je možné jemné doladenie zvuku s použitím CD mat. , resp. stabilizátora.
Po vyladení je zvuk výborný.
Doporučujem tento obchod.
