Van Den Hul - The VIDEOLINE 75 (Halogen Free), Single RCA or BNC terminated AV-Cable
[Terminated with 2 Gold-Plated C-4.0 RCA or BNC Plugs. Available in 0.8 m and 1.2 m]
Our versatile 75 Ohm impedance coaxial cable the VIDEOLINE 75 is a slimline 4.4 mm. diameter, more flexible and lower cost version of our 7 mm. Ø VIDEOLINK 75.
The VIDEOLINE 75 is suitable for short to medium distance home theatre, video, TV, radio, antenna, SPDIF digital audio and other 75 Ohm impedance connections. Further application areas include internal equipment (re)wiring and measuring equipment connections.
Details:
The VIDEOLINE 75’s attractive light blue coloured 4.4 mm. diameter jacket is made of our durable HULLIFLEX ® 4 material.
To provide a high shielding factor, whereby maximizing performance in keeping the signal in and interference (RFI and EMI) out, the 100% closed shield is made of 96 x 0.1 mm. dense and very pure silver coated Matched Crystal (MC) OFC strands followed by a second layer of Polypropylene coated aluminum foil.
The resistance of the braiding and Al-foil together is: 1.8 Ohm/100 meter.
The inner insulator is made of cell-PE to minimize transmission losses.
The solid core centre conductor consists of a 0.51 mm. dense and very pure silver coated Matched Crystal (MC) OFC strand.
The resistance of this centre conductor is: 8.8 Ohm/100 meter.
The capacitance per meter is: 64 pF.
Note: |
To maintain a constant 75 Ohm impedance and avoid signal reflections, the advised minimum value of bending radius for the VIDEOLINE 75 is 3.0 cm. |
The VIDEOLINE 75 is available single packed and in six lead packed sets for AV applications with slim body* RCA (unbalanced) connectors.
